At COCO by Zara Shahjahan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Form.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, and place it back into its original COCO packaging with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our central distribution warehouse using a traceable courier service and provide the tracking number to our support team.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team approves the return, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 business days.
